How to make a Kilner pin cushion storage jar

Don’t think of Kilner jars just for preserves, jams or pickles. If you’re looking for something stylish to store ribbons, threads, buttons, safety pins or needlecrafts bits n bobs, this could be ideal. Your pin cushion jar would also make a great present!
A good tip is to use lightweight cotton or poly/cotton mix fabric, if the fabric is too thick your lid will not screw down. Be adventurous with fabric colours to add vibrancy to your space.
